SHOE SOCIETY does not accept any cancellation
once the order is placed on the website.
Exchange Policy
FOR INDIA:
When you buy our products/services, your
purchase is covered by our 7-day exchange policy (NO REFUND/ RETURN) if there
is any sizing issue only. To request an exchange, simply contact us with your
purchase details within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order
number (sent to you via email after ordering) and confirm the size you want to
exchange for the same product. The Shoe must be in unused condition with all
the packaging intact as received and the return courier and re-shipment courier cost
shall be borne by the client.
FOR REST OF
THE WORLD:
For International Orders,
there is no Exchange/ Refund/ Return acceptable. Kindly measure your feet size
and order as per the size chart provided on our homepage.
